These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of digital products, programmes, memberships and event tickets by Everevolution. By purchasing or accessing any product or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any product or service from Everevolution.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

 

3. Products and Services

Everevolution provides digital and educational services including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Group programmes

  • Digital masterclasses

  • Membership communities

  • Workshops

  • Networking events

  • Online and in-person events

All content is educational in nature unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required before access is granted unless a payment plan is selected.

If you select a payment plan:

  • You agree to pay all instalments in full on the agreed dates.

  • You remain legally responsible for completing all payments.

  • Access may be suspended if payments are missed.

  • Outstanding balances may be pursued for recovery.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

 

5. Digital Content and 14-Day Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts.

However, when purchasing digital content from Everevolution, you:

  • Expressly request immediate access to the digital content; and

  • Acknowledge that once access has been granted, you lose your 14-day right to cancel.

This waiver is required under UK law before digital content is supplied.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

6. Refund Policy

Digital Courses, Programmes and Memberships

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted.

Refunds will only be provided where required by UK law.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription before your next billing date to prevent further charges. No partial refunds will be given for unused time within a billing period.

Events

Tickets for live online or in-person events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Everevolution.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued.

Everevolution is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or third-party costs incurred.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, training frameworks, videos, recordings, downloads, and resources provided by Everevolution remain the intellectual property of Everevolution.

You may not:

  • Share login details

  • Distribute or reproduce materials

  • Record sessions without written permission

  • Resell or repurpose content

  • Use materials for commercial purposes without consent

Unauthorised use may result in removal of access without refund and potential legal action.

 

8. Community Standards and Conduct

Where services include access to a community space, you agree to:

  • Treat other members respectfully

  • Not post defamatory, offensive, or harmful content

  • Not harass or intimidate others

We reserve the right to remove members who breach community standards without refund.

 

9. Disclaimer

Everevolution provides educational and personal development content only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific income results

  • Business growth outcomes

  • Personal transformation results

Individual results depend on many factors including effort, implementation, experience and circumstances.

Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, medical, therapeutic or professional advice.

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions and results.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everevolution shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of income, revenue or business opportunity

  • Technical failures beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter which cannot legally be excluded under UK law

 

11. Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • Reliable internet access

  • Suitable device capability

  • Access to required platforms (such as Zoom or hosting platforms)

We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your own equipment or internet connection.

 

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • UK General Data Protection Regulation

  • Data Protection Act 2018

13. Force Majeure

Everevolution shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Illness

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Platform outages

  • Internet disruptions
