PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE AUTHORISATION

The Everevolution Podcast

The following terms and conditions serve as a Photo & Media Release Authorisation between The Everevolution Podcast (hereinafter “Company”) and you, the collaborator applicant.

By agreeing to appear as a guest, speaker, contributor, or in any collaborative capacity with Company, you are confirming your agreement to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the collaboration, or withdraw your agreement in writing prior to recording.


PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE AUTHORISATION

You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorise The Everevolution Podcast (“Company”) to use your name, biographical information, voice, image, and likeness for the purpose of producing, distributing, and promoting podcast episodes and related marketing or promotional content.

You grant Company the perpetual, worldwide right to record, use, reuse, publish, republish, distribute, and edit any audio, video, or photographic content in which you appear or contribute.

You understand that:

  • You are not entitled to compensation for the use of your name, image, voice, or likeness.
  • You may not be notified prior to the use of content featuring you.
  • Content may be edited, formatted, cropped, or adapted at the discretion of Company for clarity, quality, or promotional use.
  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the final content prior to publication.

You release and forever discharge The Everevolution Podcast and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from the use of your name, image, voice, or likeness as described in this agreement.

Failure by Company to enforce any part of this agreement shall not be considered a waiver of its rights.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
